A Practice of Redistribution and Repair
The Wealthness Reparations Fund is a living practice of redistribution, not charity.
It exists to address the real and ongoing barriers that trans, queer, BIPOC, and system-impacted communities face when seeking financial care. Rather than treating access as something to be earned or proven, the fund is rooted in solidarity, trust, and collective responsibility.
We believe wealth care should be accessible to those most impacted by financial harm, not only those with the most resources.
Our Philosophy
The Reparations Fund is grounded in a simple truth: money and power are not neutral.
Centuries of colonialism, white supremacy, ableism, and heteronormativity have shaped who has access to safety, stability, and wealth. Traditional financial systems often reproduce these harms through gatekeeping, shame, and exclusion.
The Reparations Fund exists to do the opposite.
It redistributes resources so that financial care can be:
- Healing, not extractive
- Accessible, not conditional
- Rooted in dignity, not surveillance
This work is not about “fixing” people or making them more palatable to capitalism. It is about offering tools, care, and clarity so individuals and communities can reclaim power in their own lives, and extend that power outward in service of collective liberation.
Who the Fund is For
The Wealthness Reparations Fund is intended for trans and BIPOC individuals and households who experience systemic barriers to accessing financial care.
This may include (but is not limited to):
- Racialized and gender-based economic harm
- Housing or employment instability
- Disability, chronic illness, or caregiving responsibilities
- Histories of criminalization, immigration stress, or institutional harm
The fund may fully sponsor or partially support access to:
- Guided Growth (1:1 Wealthness Coaching)
- Collective Support (Group Coaching)
Support is offered with care and discretion. There is no expectation of perfection, productivity, or performance.
For Community Members Seeking Support
If you’re interested in receiving Reparations Fund–supported care, this form is simply a way to open the door.
You’ll be invited to share a bit about your current context and the kind of support you’re seeking. From there, we’ll follow up personally to explore next steps together.
We do not operate from urgency or hustle culture. Messages are reviewed with care, and we’ll be in touch within a reasonable timeframe if support feels aligned.
Who Funds the Reparations Fund
The Reparations Fund is sustained by:
- A portion of every Solidarity tier payment
- Community members with greater access to wealth
- Aligned businesses, organizations, and individual allies
- Any net profit exceeding 11% that The Wealthness Collective receives, which is redirected into the fund to expand access to care
The 11% threshold reflects our commitment to sustainability without accumulation beyond what is needed to operate responsibly.
Contributions are not framed as generosity or guilt, but as participation in collective care. Those with greater access to resources help expand access for others, keeping wealth in motion rather than hoarded.
For Contribution & Supporters
If you have access to financial resources and want to participate in redistribution, your contribution helps sponsor care for community members who might otherwise be excluded.
This is an invitation, not an obligation.
You may contribute as:
- An individual
- A household
- A business or organization aligned with these values
Transparency & Accountability
Redistribution must be paired with transparency.
Semi-annually, The Wealthness Collective shares anonymized impact updates outlining:
- How funds are distributed
- What types of care are being supported
- How resources circulate through the community
No identifying information is ever shared.

The Wealthness Reparations Fund is not a charitable donation program.
Contributions are not tax-deductible , and they are not framed as philanthropy, benevolence, or goodwill. This work is not about generosity, it is about responsibility, repair, and redistribution.
We understand reparations as an ongoing practice of moving resources in response to harm, not a symbolic gesture, branding opportunity, or moral credential.
