Why Equity-Based Pricing

Traditional financial services are transactional, exclusive, and built for those with the most access.

We work differently.

Equity-based pricing acknowledges that people enter this work from unequal starting points shaped by systemic injustice, generational wealth, and lived experience. Instead of asking clients to prove need or worth, we invite reflection and self-selection.

Payment becomes participation in collective care, not a barrier to support.

How Our Pricing Works

Our pricing model is:

  • Transparent
    • No hidden fees, fine print, or upselling.
  • Flexible
    • Clients may change tiers as circumstances shift.
  • Redistributive
    • Higher-tier payments help sustain the Wealthness Reparations Fund, expanding access for trans and BIPOC community members.

All clients receive the same quality of care, regardless of tier.
Selections are confidential. No proof required. No shame.

Equity-Based Tiers

Clients choose the tier that best reflects their capacity, access, and values.

Supported

For those navigating financial instability or systemic barriers.

$75/month*

Standard

For those who can afford the true cost of care.

$150/month*

Solidarity

For those with greater access to wealth who wish to redistribute resources.

$250/month*

Tier Availability

To ensure the long-term sustainability of the practice, Supported tier availability may occasionally be limited.

When demand for Supported pricing exceeds capacity, we use a waitlist so we can continue to offer care responsibly and avoid burnout or service disruption. This helps protect access over time for both current and future clients.

If the Supported tier is full, you’re welcome to:

  • Join the waitlist
  • Choose another tier if that feels aligned
  • Schedule a discovery conversation to explore options together

There is no pressure to decide immediately.

Our Commitment

Equity-based pricing is our refusal to replicate extractive capitalism while working within it.

It allows us to honor our labor, remain sustainable, and keep the door open to those long excluded from financial care, turning every exchange into an act of care and collective responsibility.
