This work blends practical financial strategy with emotional care, nervous system awareness, and values alignment, without shame, urgency, or performance.

Monthly 1:1 coaching sessions
A personalized Wealthness Road Map to track goals, numbers, and next steps
Values-aligned strategy for spending, saving, debt and long-term planning
Reflective exercises and somatic tools to support behaviour change
Accountability and support between sessions
Access to a HIPAA-compliant client portal (powered by Practice Better) for:

- – Forms + worksheets
- – Direct messaging between sessions
- – Secure upload of financial documents
- – Scheduling, reminders, and shared resources
